        One of our main concerns in building a new home was finding a reputable builder. Simply making the decision to build was difficult.         Three times over the last five years we have hired Cary McGlade of Principle Contracting Inc. to do construction and renovation work on our New Sudbury home.
        In all jobs, the work was completed carefully and on time. We found Cary McGlade to be professional, very ethical and at all times reasonable to deal with. The work, whether it was finely detailed carpentry, roughing in walls and drywall or working out a design problem with glass brick or specialized lighting, was fair and well explained and always congruent with the initial estimate.
